Working in partnership with 'Made Up Kitchen', volunteers and RISE.365 Young Community Leaders, every Saturday we set up and run a community shop offering balanced meals and groceries at a discounted price for members of the community.
Our mentor programme is aimed at young people between the ages of 12 - 28. Young people are peered with a Mentor specifically picked to support their needs and goals.
